Comment / This Boeing 737-200 is a regular visitor to Stansted. She is owned by H.E. Sheikh Mustafa M.A. Edrees, but previously flew commercially with Hapag Lloyd as D-AHLH, and with AirSul as CS-TME.

Comment / G-EZBB is easyJet's latest A319, entering service up at Liverpool eight days ago on the 9th August. Having used the G-EZAx, G-EZEx and G-EZIx sequences for it's A319s so far, the airline is now registering new deliveries in the G-EZBx sequence. Interestingly, G-EZBA is still yet to arrive.

London Stansted Airport (STN)
Comment / The arrival of PIA marks the opening of a new chapter in the modern history of London Stansted Airport. With most of Europe sown up by the low cost carriers, and regular trans Atlantic services now firmly established in the guise of MAXJet and Eos, the centre of Asia is now within easy reach too. The A310 schedule to Pakistan operates twice weekly, with a Stansted arrival time of 1500.

Comment / The Blended Winglets really suit the 737 - I'm not that sure those currently under trial for the A320 will look half as good...

Comment / Just landed on runway 05 and about to turn off to the left towards the business aviation apron at Stansted. Incidentally, this Global Express is not the first aircraft to wear the registration VP-BAM; up until January 2004 it was utilized by an Aeroflot 737-400, now in service with Garuda Indonesia.

Comment / PH-XRV is the youngest of the ten 737-700s in the Transavia fleet, entering service back on the 29th April 2005. She is also the only Transavia series -700 to have rolled off the production line in Seattle without eyebrow windows above the flight deck.

Comment / C-GZUM positioned up from Gatwick this afternoon, arriving during a spell of grey skies. She kick-started Zoom's operations back in 2003, and has since been joined by three more 767-300s.
